1. Service Description

RPD Tech HRMS provides software modules for employee management, attendance, leave, payroll, operations, recruitment, compliance, and analytics.

2. Acceptable Use

Users must use the platform lawfully, protect credentials, avoid misuse, and refrain from unauthorized access, data scraping, or abusive activity.

3. Intellectual Property

All platform software, UI, code, branding, documents, and content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws unless explicitly licensed otherwise.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers remain responsible for validating payroll/statutory outputs and ensuring policy/legal compliance for their organization-specific workflows.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited and excludes indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Suspension and Termination

Accounts may be restricted or terminated for security risk, legal non-compliance, abusive behavior, or breach of these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable Indian laws and relevant jurisdictional procedures unless otherwise agreed by contract.
